If you request a return for personal reasons (e.g., dislike, unfamiliarity with use, or functions not meeting expectations), the product must be in brand new, unused condition, and return shipping costs are usually borne by the buyer.
III. Non-Refundable/Returnable Situations
Refunds or returns are not supported in the following situations:
Used, disassembled, or man-made damaged products; Missing original packaging, accessories, or instruction manuals; Return requests submitted after the deadline; Discounted or clearance items; Damage caused by improper user operation.
IV. Refund Process
Contact customer service to submit a return/refund request;
Provide your order number and a description or photos of the product issue;
After approval, you will receive the return address and instructions;
The customer ships the returned item and provides the tracking number;
After receiving and verifying the item, we will process the refund within 3-7 business days.
The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The exact arrival time depends on the processing speed of the payment platform or bank.
V. Return Shipping Costs
We will bear the return shipping costs incurred due to product quality issues or incorrect item shipments;
For returns due to personal reasons, the buyer will bear the shipping costs;
Original order shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
